01 THE OPPORTUNITY
Cushman & Wakefield Forton provided Fit-out Project Management services to one of the leading online betting and gaming providers – William Hill.
02 THE SOLUTION
The company chose floor level 18 at Balkan Business Center as a location for its new office with GLA of 2200 m2. We implemented a number of management strategies which resulted not only in the efficiency of work executed, but also in making William Hill employees feel more comfortable in the new environment.
The developed design covers the corporate requirements of the brand and to emphasize the nature of their business, we have implemented various sports accessories and gadjets in the decorations.
03 THE RESULTS
William Hill has more than 300 employees and is on the rise. This requires the office space to be tailored to the smallest detail with the organization and needs of different structures and teams. Most of the project implementation took place in the epidemiological situation of COVID-19, but nevertheless the Project Management team of Forton managed on time and without exceeding the initially set budget framework.
