About

Stanimira Pashova is the Chief Executive Officer of Cushman & Wakefield Forton and has over 20 years of management experience in real estate, investments, and market development across Europe. She is a recognized leader with proven expertise in fund and asset management, high-value portfolio management, market expansion, and strategic partnerships.

Before joining Forton as CEO, Stanimira spent five years as Country Manager for the Netherlands at Forma Real Estate Fund, where she managed assets worth over EUR 250 million and oversaw a portfolio of 12 office buildings with a total area of 140,000 sq. m. She successfully led processes related to property acquisitions, financing and refinancing, tax structuring, and the full cycle of business plans—from execution to divestment. During this period, she delivered complex transformational projects, increased portfolio value in a challenging market environment, and strengthened the fund’s management and compliance frameworks.

Between 2013 and 2020, Stanimira was Head of the Office Agency at Forton, where she positioned the company as a market leader in the segment. She developed and implemented office strategies for international corporate clients, led strategic location analyses, and executed key transactions with Fortune 500 companies. She represented the organization at national and international levels and advised leading investors on entering the Bulgarian market.

Education: 

Stanimira holds a Master’s degree in International Business from the University of National and World Economy (UNWE) and completed a doctoral program in project management at UNWE and Vienna University of Economics and Business (WU Vienna). She is fluent in English, German, and Russian.
