Emiliya is responsible for valuation and advisory work at Cushman & Wakefield Forton. She is working with developers and investors, corporate occupiers, hotel operators and financing institutions on property valuations and strategic real estate decisions.

Emiliya has joined Cushman & Wakefield Forton in 2016 after previous experience in the financial sector. She has specialized in valuations of commercial real estate, development appraisals and hotel feasibility studies.

Emiliya has worked on projects of varying scale and complexity, including feasibility studies of new urban areas and large-scale multi-purpose projects. She has prepared studies of strategic development options, highest and best use analyses for projects in (re)construction, market studies of different segments and valuations of both individual assets and portfolios of properties with various uses.

Her more recent work includes valuations of office buildings, shopping centres and retail parks, commercial and leisure hotels. The list of clients includes major local and international developers, top real estate lenders, and leading real estate private equity investors.
