Danny Ivanova | Head of Project & Development Services

Danny is an experienced project management professional specializing in complex commercial real estate and workplace projects. She has been part of the Cushman & Wakefield Forton team for the past six years, following solid experience with construction companies and the delivery of large-scale public construction projects.

As Head of Project & Development Services, Danny leads the entire department, with overall responsibility for the team, project delivery, and the strategic development and growth of the service line. Her expertise covers the full project lifecycle, from initial strategy and budgeting through design management, procurement and construction to successful handover.

Working closely with clients, consultants, contractors and other key stakeholders, Danny provides strategic guidance throughout all stages of the project lifecycle. She has a strong focus on programme, cost, quality and risk management, while ensuring that project solutions remain aligned with clients’ wider business objectives.

Throughout her career, Danny has delivered projects for both international and local clients, combining strong team leadership and hands-on project expertise with a collaborative, solution-oriented approach.
