Daniela Boytcheva joined Cushman & Wakefield Forton as a Business Development Director Office and Industrial Space in July this year. She has over 21 years of professional experience in the commercial real estate.
Daniela worked for 18 years in a leading international consultancy company, where she serviced a vast portfolio of key accounts in the office and industrial segment and has been recognized by the market as a trustworthy, opportunity- and long-term partnership-driven professional. Among her successful representations are those for clients like SAP, IBM, AIG, Telus International, Bosch IO, and Robert Group, World Bank, ScaleFocus, Osram, Merck, B.Braun, Roche, Phoenix Pharma, DB Schenker, Festo, and many more.
Before joining Forton, Daniela was the Country Head of CTP Bulgaria where she managed the investment portfolio of the industrial CEE leader consisting of over 200,000 sq.m. of logistics and industrial space, located in Sofia and Plovdiv, and worth over EUR 200 million EUR. Her market understanding and capabilities were further broadened with managing processes related to investment property acquisitions, construction project management, and property management to maximize portfolio’s net worth and decrease operational costs.
