The start of the project’s construction is planned for September 2017. The expected delivery date is Q1 2019. The investor is GTC Bulgaria.

The business center with gross built-up area (GBA) of 27 700 sqm will consist of 3 underground levels, ground floor and 9 office floors.
The three underground levels will provide 270 parking lots, including lots for electrical cars and bicycle storage on Level -1. Additional 7 parking places will be available on the above ground parking.

The construction of the second phase – Advance Business Center II, will start in Q1 2018. 14 330 sqm of additional office areas will be available in Q4 2019.
