- analysis of revenue – our team identifies common issues, such as weak leasing strategy, unfavourable contractual agreements, non-market terms and conditions, inefficient financial control, accumulated tenants’ liabilities;
- analysis of expenses and services – our role is to point out ways to optimise unfavourable price terms, inconsistent scope of work, accelerated depreciation and future maintenance costs, communication with tenants and subcontractors, disadvantageous tax position and others;
