Space Tower will be located on Tsarigradsko Shosse Blvd. in Sofia, near the Capital Fort project and Metro hypermarket. The project is currently under construction and is scheduled for completion in Q4 2018. Entry/exit of metrostation “Inter Expo Center” is situated in front of Space Tower.
The business center with 12 954 square meters of built-up area (TBA) will consist of 9 above ground levels and 2 underground levels. The project is created by Ivo Petrov – Architects Bureau.

There will be café, restaurant, fitness, conference halls and premises with service functions on the first two levels– ground floor and gallery level.
The building will provide 6 high-speed lifts, and additional one will connect the basement, the ground and the gallery levels.

The project will offer 89 underground parking spaces and additional 29 on ground level. There will be 40 underground parking spaces for bicycles and 35 more on ground level.
