South Park Building is located on 13, Henrik Ibsen Str. opposite Paradise Mall. The project is currently under construction and will be finished in Q2 2018. The investor is Artestroy Ltd.
The project with gross built-up area (GBA) of 10 000 sqm consists of 2 underground levels with total of 120 parking spaces, ground level with retail areas and 8 office floors each with typical floor area of 1 245 sqm.
South Park Building will deliver 8 200 sqm gross leasable area (GLA). There will be class A offices “open space” distributed on 8 levels that will be serviced by 3 high-speed lifts.
