The construction of a new administrative building in Zone 2 of Sofia’s Science and Technology Park has started. The investor is Markan Holding JSC. Expected delivery of the project – H2 2020.

Sofia TEch One is a multifunctional administrative-service building with 30,000 sqm gross leasable area – ground retail level and 11 office levels with typical floor plate size of 2,600 sq.m. One underground parking level with capacity of 420 parking spaces will also be developed.

The project will have high quality standard finishes and technical specifications class A – 2,80m net height in the offices, low common area percentage (10,50%), 4-pipe HVAC system, terraces etc.
There will be variety of amenities on the ground level: Restaurant, Supermarket, Bakery, Coffee shop, Kindergarten, Gym, Pharmacy, Dry cleaning. Sofia Tech Park provides additional amenities for the tenants, relax and green areas.
