Millennium Center is a landmark mixed-use complex and is located just next to the National Palace of Culture (NDK). The project is conveniently locked between the southern section of Vitosha Blvd., Bulgaria’s most prestigious shopping street, and Bulgaria Blvd., one of the busiest road arteries leading to the affluent Southern neighborhoods. Therefore Millennium Center / Милениум Център / has impeccable access to public infrastructure and several means of transportation, including the NDK subway station, trams and buses.

Millennium Center / Милениум Център / consists of three towers – a hotel on 32 floors, a residential building on 18 floors and an office centre on 24 floors, united by a five-floor base. The chosen architectural approach – a combination of three buildings reduces the monolithic volume, bringing the scale closer to the urban environment and maintaining a significant presence. The type and colours of the finishing materials are also consistent with the colours and character of the city in order to get as close as possible to the city silhouette. The glass facade reflects the surrounding buildings and the sky, while the greyish colour of the facade elements draws a parallel to the building’s surroundings. This method creates a visual accent while also softening the effect of dominance in the silhouette of the city. A new generation energy-efficient energy system has been designed for the entire building through an integrated system with intelligent central control.

Five underground levels provide 560 parking places. The project offers around 25,000 m² of offices, located in a stand-alone plot offers undisturbed views of the city’s skyline and Vitosha Mountain. The building offers prestigious office space with efficient floor plans to high specifications such as 4-pipe HVAC, climate control, CAT 6 cabling, spacious lobbies and common areas and high-quality public space.
