Phase IV will be the final addition to the existing Office park of Expo 2000, proven to be a landmark business hub on Vaptzarov blvd. The aim of the investor (RPHI) is to offer not only a modern building employing the latest technologies (the minimum target is LEED GOLD) but to also enhance the overall office environment with better connectivity and recreational spaces.

Phase IV will offer 13 400 sqm class A offices, distributed on seven floors and 260 additional parking spaces for tenants’ use. The project is scheduled for delivery in Q3 2017, with pre-lease agreements being already signed.
