Capital Fort is developed by Fort Noks, the company behind 500,000 sqm built-up area of Black Sea resort developments in the last decade. Its distinctive design is a product of the collaboration between ATKINS the architecture firm behind Dubai’s Burj Al Arab, and local office specialists A and A Architects who have worked on most of the Business Park Sofia buildings.
