Yavor Kostov is Managing Partner and member of the Board of Directors at Cushman & Wakefield Forton. He joined the company in 2013 and has since played a leading role in expanding its portfolio, strengthening client relationships, and shaping its long-term strategy.

With more than 18 years of professional experience in the commercial real estate sector, Yavor has built extensive expertise in capital markets, asset management, investment strategy, and transaction advisory. His background spans senior roles in real estate investment and asset management, as well as executive leadership positions in fintech and electronics companies.

At Forton, Yavor has advised on some of the largest investment and transaction deals on the Bulgarian market, working with leading international and local investors, financial institutions, and corporates. He is also a regular speaker at regional and European commercial real estate conferences, including MIPIM (Cannes), Expo Real (Munich), BalRec (Sofia), and Property Forum (Vienna), and has presence on big national media.
