Shared office spaces are becoming more popular among the office tenants in Sofia, attracting the attention of not only start-up companies and freelancers, but also corporate clients. This is shown by the experience of the first year of activity of the MyFlex Coworking shared workspace.

With space of 2,400 sqm in Megapark, MyFlex Coworking was among the first flexible office concepts opening in a high-end business building in Sofia last spring. Half a year later, the operator acquired another 3,100 sqm in the building for its client and the total area under management became 5,500 sqm. Currently, the areas are over 80% occupied and MyFlex is preparing a second location.

New flex office

In April this year, MyFlex Coworking is expected to welcome its first customers in the Twins Offices business center on “Nikola Gabrovski” street. The new space has an area of ​​1,500 sqm.

The second location will offer around 160 workplaces situated in 2 floors. The office is designed to meet all the requirements for this type of space – lounges and common areas for rest and socialization, high level of IT infrastructure, equipment and furnishings, reception, maintenance and parking.

Additional functionality of the new location are the conference rooms based on the ground floor. They will be available not only for the tenants of the coworking, but also for external events, meetings and trainings. Part of the concept of MyFlex is to offer a variety of meeting rooms and event spaces that will bring extra value to their members.

MyFlex is actively working on its expansion not only in Sofia, but also in Plovdiv and Varna.
