Being one of the major tenants in Megapark, Experian managed to satisfy its expansion needs for several years leasing additional space in the building. Reaching the point where Megapark was no more able to meet the growing office needs of the company, Experian appointed Forton to assist with a long-term working solution.
For their operations Experian needed not less than 11 000 sqm.
Forton presented an office market research following the defined by Experian office needs and timeline. Availability report with long-list of options was offered including completed office projects as well as buildings under construction. Forton organized site-visits and presented comparison models reaching a short-list of options to enter into negotiations with.
In the meanwhile, Experian needed more space and Forton assisted with negotiating a temporary solution - leasing a space in the adjacent office complex ETC.
After the final selection of the new building, a short-term prolongation of the current lease was required. Forton negotiated the terms so that Experian can wait the completion of the new offices.
As a result of the consultancy and the agency services provided by Forton, Experian signed a lease agreement for a stand-alone building under construction on Tsarigradsko shosse – Space Tower. The total leased area is 10 800 sqm. The actual relocation from both current locations, Megapark and ETC, is expected to happen in March 2019.
