As a continuation of a successful tenant representation process, Forton was appointed to provide a full scope of Project Management services for TEVA/Actavis’s new office in Fair Play’s new development in Sofia, Bulgaria.
Our project management team was responsible for:
- Developing of the Project Strategy
- Test fits coordination and fit-out specifications’ definition
- Tendering
- Design management
- Construction management and supervision on site
- Handing Over
- Post Move-In monitoring and
- Change management
Throughout the project we conducted regular monitoring of the fit-out works until the successful handover of the leasehold. 
Initially our team analysed TEVA/Actavis’s global requirements and closely monitored and managed the design development and material selection accordingly. We also established a baseline budget and schedule, which was used as a benchmark through the project lifecycle. 
At an advanced stage of the project, the Client required a saving of approximately 20% of the agreed project budget. Through value engineering exercises, we were able to achieve a savings of over 21%. In order to achieve some of these savings, we successfully agreed changes to the agreed specifications with the Landlord.  
Thanks to our proactive project manager approach and close collaboration with the Client, we successfully met the project constraints for time, cost and quality, allowing our Client to move into their new office as planned.
