Richhill Business Center will be located in Malinova Dolina district next to Decathlon. The project is currently under construction and is scheduled for completion in Q4 2018.
The business center will be developed in one stage, including two buildings – Block A and Block B with total of 27 808 square meters built-up area (TBA). The project is created by A&A Architects.
Each building will consist of 7 above ground levels – 6 office floors and one ground floor. The gross leasable area (GLA) of the whole project will be 16 000 sqm). The typical floor plate size is 1000 – 1300 sqm. Each floor can be divided into 3 separate offices with a toilet, kitchen box and terrace.
The two units of Richhill Business Center will be connected by ground floor and 2 underground levels, providing 339 underground parking spaces.
There will be restaurant, café with covered terrace and conference halls on the ground floor. There is also a Metro station planned near the project (the extension of Line 1 “Slivnitsa – Business Park”).
Richhill Business Center will provide 7 high-speed lifts – 4 in Block A and 3 in Block B, openable windows, electric vehicle charging stations and changing rooms with bathrooms for the employees travelling by bike.
