Paradise Center is a third-generation retail development and the first lifestyle center concept in Bulgaria. Three main pillars underpin this position:
Paradise Center, located in an area with strong traffic and amidst a number of upscale residential neighborhoods - Lozenets, Ivan Vazov, Strelbishte, Hladilnika and Dragalevtsi - borders the South Park, is just next to the Sofia Zoo and adjacent to an inner ring connecting the southern city areas. The zone is positively affected by major infrastructure improvements like a subway line extension which will directly connect the mall with a new station and the future expansion of Todor Kableshkov Blvd. Besides combining different modes of public and private transportation it has 2000 underground car parking spaces.
Paradise Center opened in March 2013 and by the year-end was running at 95 percent occupancy. Its mix is characterized by the presence of global and regional leaders in retail like Inditex, H & M Hennes and Mauritz AB, LPP, LCWaikiki, Sport Vision, Adidas, Puma, Deichmann, Sephora, dm and Technoplis consumer electronics store. It also accommodates the first 4DX cinema operated by Cinema City, the first Orange Fitness in Sofia, Funtopia climbing center, the Sofia Event Center, open-air amusement park, Playground game center. Paradise Center was recognized by a number of high-end retailers who chose it for their first and often only shopping center location, like Collective, Versace Collection or Frey Wille.
