Hotel/Resort Project valuations
Our team of experienced valuers provides valuations in accordance with the highest international standards – IVS and the RICS Valuation – Professional Standards (Red Book). Forton is capable of delivering real estate valuation services for different purposes – obtainment of development or acquisition financing, reporting to local or International Financial Reporting Standards, loan collateral reviews, sales and acquisitions. Our deep understanding of the nature of hotel business and constant market tracking result in comprehensive view of the industry and reliable opinion. 
Feasibility Study
We take a 360-degree view of the real estate project, incorporating travel and hotel sector data, economic indicators, real estate market research and intelligence, hospitality industry knowledge in a single comprehensive report which allows our clients to make informed decisions of the feasibility of their concept. We combine the above knowledge with rigorous financial analysis to refine project scenarios and quantify the outcomes. Our feasibility studies serve as the foundation for development strategies of hotels or resorts which are useful for our clients at every step of the project – from conceptualization to budgeting, construction, operations and exit. 
Commercial Due Diligence
We perform diagnostic due diligence of hotel real estate to identify and address challenges and improve operational and financial performance. They include, among others, thorough reviews of the market position of the project, the prospects to reach new markets, SWOT analysis of the current and alternative operational models.
