THE OPPORTUNITY
Built with view to energy-efficiency Litex Tower is a new-generation business building. The office building reflects the latest trends for sustainability in European architecture and meets all requirements for Class A space. Forton got involved as exclusive leasing in the early stages of construction which allowed it to roll out a comprehensive strategy and achieve success.
The Challenge
The office building was completed in the aftermath of economic downturn facing strong competition, rental pressure and high vacancy in the market. As part of a larger development it needed a distinctive image.

Forton built the marketing strategy which focused on the environmental quality of Litex Tower. The effort involved positioning, branding and advertising activities. Forton led the negotiations and executed a leasing strategy focused on international occupiers. It provided set-up and ongoing property management to meet their requirements for service excellence.

THE RESULTS
Our efforts resulted in the establishment of Litex Tower as prime office building in the market. The 7,000-sqm development was fully leased out in 18 months. Its management achieved high satisfaction on the part of the tenants, maximum on-going collectability and full reconciliation of all management and maintenance expenses.
