Coca-Cola HBC appointed Cushman & Wakefield Forton as an exclusive consultant for the acquisition of land to extend its production premises in the vicinities to the company’s factories in Sevlievo, Bankya and Kostinbrod. Our team supported Coca-Cola HBC in the land development while acting as a broker and project manager for the acquisition and urbanisation of 100,000 sqm of land for now 2012-2019.
CHALLENGES

Our team supported Coca-Cola HBC in the land development while acting as a broker and project manager for the acquisition and urbanisation of 100,000 sqm of land for now 2012-2019.
RESULTS:
We successfully reached agreements with landowners guaranteeing the best possible market conditions for our client in a non-competitive situation with maximum transparency of the process. The procedures of regulating the properties were finalized in timely manner with the best price cost for our client. Thanks to the completion of the project, Coca-Cola HBC managed to extend all production facilities in Sevlievo, Bankya and Kostinbrod.
