Allianz Bulgaria was looking to dispose of non-core real estate assets due to recent local legislative alteration that imposed changes on their operational model. Our strategic partnership with Cushman and Wakefield – one of the global leaders in integrated property advisory, and our subsidiary in RealtoGroup – the largest real estate advisory group in Bulgaria, allows us to have unparalleled access to a vast number of local and international active property investors. Consequently, C&W Forton gained on this competitive advantage and realised a prompt disposition of a significant amount of the assets on investment values above their market appraisals despite the urgent matter of the task at hand.

03 THE RESULTS

C&W Forton implemented tailor-made sales tactic to each asset in order to approach the right set of buyers either through auctions, direct negotiations or wide marketing campaigns, thus providing comprehensive guidance throughout the negotiation process, and simultaneously taking care of the entire course of legal administration. In this manner we enabled Allianz to focus and emphasise on their internal priorities without any peripheral interruptions relating to their property portfolio disposition. Allianz and Forton continue to collaborate on different projects to date.
