Retail Park Okolchitsa is located in the northern part of Vratsa, in the most densely populated neighborhoods Dabnika and Seniche with very close proximity to Metalurg neighborhood as well. The latter residential areas are situated between the eastern and western industrial zones of the city.

The plot is at one of the main entrance/exits to the residential area. There is an existing furniture store JYSK and Billa supermarket planned to be build on the next plot. Retail Park Okolchitsa is planned in cooperation with them, thus the project benefits from the synergy between various types of retail areas.

The project will be facing the existing stores. By this means, the customers experience will be enhanced and visitors will have access to a wide range of goods and services in one place.

The plot is 4 600 sq.m GLA with built-up area of around 2 200 sq.m. The rest of the plot will be developed for customers walking areas, greenery and 60 parking places.

The tenant mix aims to suit the needs of targeted visitors. Okolchitsa park will host a couple of fashion operators, drogerie store, pet shop and services.

The project will be operational in Q3 2024.
