Garitage Park will be developed on a land plot of 165 000 sqm at the junction of the South Ring Road and the entrance to r.d. Mladost, nearby Business Park of Sofia. 
The project will represent a large business and residential complex, including primary school for 500 children, park zone of 90 000 sqm with a lake, sport center of over 3,000 sqm, supermarket, restaurants and cafes, pharmacy, carwash, visitor’s parking with over 250 parking spaces, charging points for electric vehicles, and others. Phase I of the project will deliver   ̴̴30,000 sqm office space distributed in Building A and Building B at the end of H1 2018. The investor is Sofia Park AD.
Building A and Building B with total built-up area (TBA) of 34 800 sqm will consist of 6 above ground levels (5 office levels and a ground floor), one semi-underground and 2 underground levels. The project is designed by the architecture company SGI - Stephen George International Bulgaria.
Building A and Building B will be connected by one semi-underground and 2 underground levels.
On the semi-underground level will be provided the connection with the terrain from the north - main road and pedestrian access. There will be shops, parking spaces, Sports complex, premises with service functions and a reception.
Available for the tenants of the first two office buildings are more than 1000 underground parking places
There will be a reception, café and restaurant with a view of the park area located on the ground floor. Each building will consist of 5 aboveground office floors with typical floor plate size between 2 400 and 2 900 sqm open space office area. One floor can be used from a single tenant or can be divided into 2 or 4 separate offices with a toilet, kitchen box and terrace.
Each building will provide 5 high-speed lifts, openable windows, 3 independent sources of electricity, technical possibility for installation of UPS and diesel generator.
