Phase II of BSR Sofia One is situated in the eastern section of the Sofia city center, in close proximity to Sky City Mall. The building is located in close proximity to many administrative and government institutions.  A wide range of amenities are easily accessible including Sky City shopping mall. Metro station Slatina (part of the third metro line) will be located near the project. Phase II obtained use permit in August 2017. A shuttle bus connects the building to Joliot-Curie Metro Station. The project’s investor is BSR Sofia AD.  

BSR Building II offers flexible column-free  workspace at every level with floor plate size of 1 500 sqm. Each floor can be sub-divided into 2, 3 or 4 tenancies. The gross leasable area of the project is 17 300 sqm, including ground floor of 860 sqm and 11 office levels. 15 800 sqm are currently available, of which 6 000 sqm are under negotiations.

The project will deliver a total of 340 parking places for Phase I and Phase II.

There will be 5 high-speed lifts, openable windows, two independent power supply lines and diesel generators for the needs of the tenants. The building will be certified with a BREEAM certificate for green and sustainable construction.
